Wow... writing blogs online can be really dangerous... 2 guys, one 25 years old and another 27 years old had been brought to the Court. They had written something racist on their blog that lead to discussions and argument on their tag board. And therefore, they're being sued under "san1 dong4 (not cave ok...)fa3 lin4"... Hmm i think i gotta becareful of the content of my blog next time. Thankfully i had not write anything thing tt might sent me to the Court. keke...

Anyway, this one-week "HOLIDAYS" is definitely not a holiday, as usual... like TP, it is the week for you to start doing all the projects. Although projects are really beneficial to our learning, the process of a project is juz so undesirable.

Yesterday when doing the FM project, we spent, or rather Kevin and I, spent alot of time arguing. Though, it's kind of wasting time, but it stimulates my thinking. Sometimes, i dun bother to think. All the textbooks say so, then i juz aceept their explanation lor... Who cares man...

OB is a subject whereby u can oppose what the textbk had said. However, FM is a subject that is hard to go against the textbk, they had make the statement through calculations and experience. They might not show you why, but they noe what they are talking about.

So is assuming reinvesting in cost of capital is more realistic then assuming to reivnest in IRR? yes, it is, i still think what the textbk say is right. It is juz an instinct that reinvesting in cost of capital is more realistic, but i can't explain why. I can't prove anyone wrong, or prove myself right, coz i noe nuts about finance. I dun like finance since i 1st step into TP. Now i am in NTU, i still have no liking for it *bleah*

Guess my cough is starting soon... i am going to lose my sleep again...
