Something worth to ponder about:

Recently our govt accepted the IRs proposal and they started to doubt whether the "world class" entertainment will have the "world class" services. Actually, they mean tt Singaporeans are bad-mannered service ppl...

Well, if u want "world class" service, pay the service ppl "world class" pay!!! Do u noe tt a lot of countries are paying the service ppl much higher pay than those white collar workers???

if u are not willing to give ur employee the "world class" pay, den dun expect them to provide "world class service"...
As the Chinese saying goes, "yi4 fen1 jia4 qian2, yi4 fen1 huo4"
